$35 per party guest includes climbing and party food for the kids
Our climbing parties include:
A host who takes care of all of the food prep and cleaning
All equipment, a safety briefing and harness fitting for all of your guests
50 minutes of climbing fun… full of excitement, challenge and laughter
40 minutes in your private Party Room
All food under “Our Menu” for party guests (kids)
The birthday person also receives a free jump from the Leap of Faith

All you have to do is bring your own birthday cake.
Please note that catering from outside cannot be brought into the centre. However, extra menu items can be pre-ordered at an additional cost:
- Large slab-style Margherita or Ham & Cheese Pizza (12 generous slices) $25 each
- Party pies, sausage rolls or vegetarian pastries (18 pieces) $35
- Grazing platter including assorted paninis (feeds 6-10) $75
- We can also offer a "$15 food only" option for younger kids or for kids that wish to attend but can't climb. A minimum of 12 full paying party guests still applies.
A minimum of 12 party guests (kids) is required for party bookings and the maximum is 24 party guests.
For bookings made over the phone, a 50% deposit will be taken at this time to secure your booking.
Once you have booked, we will contact you 8-10 days before your party to confirm your guests and to discuss whether your guests have any allergies and to confirm your menu. If your RSVP's can align with the date that we will contact you, this will help with our planning.
Parties run for 1 hour, 45 minutes. E.g. If you book a 10.00am party, we will fit your harness on arrival and your safety briefing will take place from 10.10am - 10.15am and then your party group will climb from approximately 10.15am - 11:05am followed by 40 minutes in your designated party room, finishing at 11:45am.
If you believe that your booking may exceed the number initially booked, please call or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP to request that we hold additional space for you. We can then confirm whether this is possible or not. If not, we can discuss alternative party dates/times to accommodate your request. Failure to do so may result in disappointment, particularly where we cannot increase your party number to the desired amount.
We have two Party rooms at CnC Williamstown. ‘The Summit’, which is located upstairs and ‘Base Camp’, which is located on the ground floor. We will allocate party rooms based on group size, however, requests for a party room preference may be made, but we cannot guarantee its availability.
No refunds can be provided for confirmed guests who do not attend on the day. A charge of $35.00 will also be added where extra guests are being held and have not been paid for, but do not attend the party.
If a party is cancelled by a customer within 14 days of a party booking and we cannot resell the space, no refund or credit will be provided.
Free invitations are available upon request for you to send out to your guests. Click the link on this page to download a digital copy, or come to see us to collect hard copies.
Please note that general climbing sessions can be booked at the same time as birthday parties, so we cannot guarantee that you will have the climbing area for your group only.
Please note that helium balloons may be brought into the centre, but please ensure that they are not filled with glitter or confetti. Please also note that "smash cakes", "pinata" cakes and "sparklers" are also not permitted in the centre.
